By accessing or using NexCrypto ("the Service"), operated by NexCrypto ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

NexCrypto is an AI-powered trading signal and market analysis platform. The Service scans cryptocurrency and forex markets, applies technical analysis strategies, and provides trading signals and alerts to users. The Service is provided on a subscription and token-based billing model.

3. Not Financial Advice

The information provided by NexCrypto is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such. NexCrypto does not recommend that any cryptocurrency or forex instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. Do conduct your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Trading cryptocurrencies and forex carries significant risk of loss.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update it if it changes.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

NexCrypto offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in USDT (Tether) via cryptocurrency deposit. Subscription periods, pricing, and token allocations are displayed on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Tokens are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — are owned by NexCrypto and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Resell or redistribute signals or data from the Service
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexCrypto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that signals will be profitable, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, unused tokens are forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
